Receipts printed from the Menufy Console App that contain different languages will sometimes require a change to the printer encoding. If the printer encoding is not changed then the printer will not understand parts of the receipt printed in the language and those parts will be converted into an unintelligible language.
To adjust the printer encoding, please do the following:
- On the Menufy Home Screen, tap the settings wheel in the right corner
- In the next window, tap “Advanced”
- On the Advanced Settings window, tap the “Printer Encoding” dropdown under Receipt Printer Settings
- Select language needed
