Menufy provides an app that exports all the information set in the Clover POS to an online website.
When reaching out to Clover support, be sure to specify what the issue is. For example, if there is a problem with the categories/modifiers on the Clover POS side.
Contacting Clover Support?
To contact Clover support, you will need to get the Merchant ID number (MID) which can be found on your Clover.com account.
Call 1-855-853-8340, enter the MID number and press “#”. Or, you can press “0” until it offers a list of options, then press “2” to talk to support about Features and Functionality.
