Through our third-party delivery integrations, you can accept online delivery orders directly from your Menufy website, and DoorDash or Uber will fulfill the food order to the customer. The restaurant receives online delivery orders like it normally accepts Menufy online carryout orders. It's a seamless integration and solution for restaurants that do not currently offer delivery as an online ordering option! To activate one of Menufy's third-party delivery services, you need to add your Credit Card on file from your Manager's Account. Please review the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your Manager account at manage.menufy.com. Once you have logged in, select Menufy Store from the navigation bar.
Step 2: When the store has loaded, scroll to your desired third-party delivery option and select the "OFF" button to start the activation.
Step 3: For Doordash, you will see a popup question that says:
By enabling DoorDash delivery, your credit card will be charged 12.5% of each delivery order subtotal, along with delivery fees paid by customers (starting at $4.99), and tips daily. You are also agreeing to DoorDash Terms of Service.
For Uber, you will see a popup question that says:
By enabling delivery, your payments will be deducted 12.5% of each delivery order subtotal, along with delivery fees paid by customers (starting at $3.99), and tips. You are also agreeing to Uber Terms of Service.
You will need to select OK if you want to activate the delivery service. If you decide you do not want to activate the service, you have the option and can simply select Cancel.
If you select OK, our system will check to ensure that the DoorDash or Uber delivery service you selected is available in your area. If it is not, you will receive a prompt to let you know that you are not in the zone.
If your restaurant is in the DoorDash or Uber delivery zones, third-party delivery services will be activated. If you are a Clover integrated partner and in the DoorDash or Uber delivery zones, please continue to the next step.
Step 4 (For Clover Users): After accepting the Terms & Conditions, you will be directed to the Checkout page where you will need to fill out Billing Contact Email, Delivery Order Type, and Payment Method.
- Billing Contact Email: Provide the email address where you would like to receive reports for your delivery.
- Delivery Order Type: Select the label you want for your Menufy third-party delivery. We recommend keeping it as Menufy DoorDash or Menufy Uber, depending on the service you selected.
- Payment Method: Please add your Credit Card. The credit card provided will be used to charge the 12.5% delivery fee and delivery tip for your delivery orders. Clover integrated partners are required to enter this information, but for traditional Menufy partners it is not required.
Once you are done, you will select Activate Delivery. From there, you are ready to go. Everything will be turned on for you if you are already a Menufy partner. If you are doing this while you are still onboarding with our team to set up your account, the activation will occur when your site goes live with your Menufy project coordinator.
