Since we allow a customer to change their thumbs up/down vote for up to 3 days, on the 4th day we will close it and add it to the daily total thats shown on your Menufy Manager Dashboard and Menufy Website.
To sum it up, the totals are updated daily, but only for orders 4 or more days old.
If you'd like to see if you have any recent "thumbs down" orders, visit your Orders page in Menufy Manager or on your Menufy Console Tablet, and search the orders from the last 4 days. You should see a red "thumbs down" on the order if a customer was not satisfied.
