Menufy provides multiple methods of receiving order notifications in your restaurant:
- SMS (text message)
- Automated Phone Call
- The Menufy Restaurant Console app (available on all Android and iOS devices)
- Menufy offers tablets and receipt printers for a small, refundable deposit—available at any time in the Menufy Store tab of your restaurant's Menufy Manager portal. Send the device(s) back at any time, and we will refund the deposit back to you!

Accessing Notification Settings
- Log in to your restaurant's Menufy Manager account
- Select Notifications in the left-hand sidebar
Adding New Notification Methods
- Using the Add Notification Method box at the top of the page, select the type of notification you wish to add
- Enter the requested information and select "Add Notification"
- Your new notification will appear in the table below and can be updated or removed at any time from this page
Updating Existing Notification Methods
Once added, there are multiple settings available to fine-tune your restaurant's notifications to your needs. Your existing notification methods will appear in a table below the Add Notification Method box.
- Alert Enabled - When checked, the notification is active and will be sent notifications according to the selected settings
- Method - This column will display the notification type using the respective icons in the Add Notification Method box
- Name - This column will list the name given when the notification was created
- Contact - This column will list the e-mail address or number given when the notification was created
- Backup Only - When checked, our system will only send a notification if an order remains unconfirmed for five minutes after it is placed

Type - Different delivery options can be selected using the dropdown list in this column
- Standard: All notifications will be sent
- Delivery Only: Only delivery notifications will be sent
- Advanced Orders (outside business hours): Only advanced orders received outside business hours will be sent
- Curbside Pickup: Only curbside pickup orders will be sent
- Dine In: Only Dine In orders will be sent
- Text Only Email - Removes email formatting to save data
- Send Reports (Email only) - Payment reports are sent when the restaurant has been sent a payment
- Actions (Delete Notification) - Clicking the trash can next to any notification will bring up a box to confirm that you wish to delete the notification. Click "OK" to confirm deletion of the notification.
