Yes, we offer automated calls*, text messaging, fax and/or email alerts which are all free of charge. You may combine any of them, and have multiple of any kind.
We also have a 24/7 support team that is there to make sure you receive your online orders. If an issue arises, one of our live support reps may contact you and/or your restaurant to try and remedy any issues.
*The automated calls will be delayed a couple minutes since a text message or fax is also required along with the call. This way you get the fax or text message before hand so you can enter the PIN # needed to acknowledge the order via the call. Unless you have a Menufy Tablet setup, then we can send the call almost instantly, if needed.
