What happens if I receive too many orders for my restaurant to handle?

If your restaurant has become overwhelmed with orders and needs to delay or shutoff online ordering, you have a few options.

Increase your wait times

You can increase your restaurants wait times by either logging into Menufy Manager or using your Menufy Console Tablet.

Turn Off Online Store Temporarily

You can shut off your Menufy site temporarily by either logging into Menufy Manager or using your Menufy Console Tablet.

Automatic Shutoff

If your restaurant has 5 or more orders go unconfirmed within a 3 hour window, we will automatically turn off your store for the rest of the day. We notify all owners/managers that the store was automatically shutoff.

NOTICE: If Auto Shutoff occurs, you must remove the temporary shutoff to resume online ordering for the day. See Turn Off Store
