For Carryout Orders, we do not have a way for you to "block" someone from ordering online. If the person is placing fraudulent orders, we will send their information to the local police.
You always have the right to refuse service to someone. Each order sent by Menufy will include the persons name and phone number, so you can login to your Menufy Manager website to VOID the order, then you can attempt to contact the customer telling them you can not fulfill the order.
If you offer Delivery, you can setup a "No Delivery Zone" for a place or area that you do not want to deliver to.
If you need to disable a Menu Item because you ran out of stock, you can do so via your Menufy Manager website, or contact our support team and we will disable the Menu Item temporarily.
