Notes
- After the credit is issued, the Customer must log-in using Facebook or Google+ to receive the Store Credit.
- The Credit will only work for the restaurant it was issued to. It will not work for other Menufy Locations.
- When an order is refunded and it was paid for with Store Credit. The Store Credit will NOT be refunded.
Send Credit to a Customer via Email
- Login to Menufy Manager website
- Using the left navigation, go to "Discount & Deals" then "Store Credit"
- Enter the customers email and the amount you would like to issue.
- Click "Issue Store Credit".
- An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying they need to log-in to receive the credit.
Issue Credit via a Previous Order
- Find the order by either visiting Menufy Manager website or on your Menufy console tablet
- Click the "Issue Credit" button and enter the amount you would like to credit to the user; then click "OK".
- An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying they need to log-in to receive the credit.
Remove Credit from a Customer
- Login to Menufy Manager website
- Using the left navigation, go to "Discount & Deals" then "Store Credit"
- Click the "Trash Can" icon on the credit you would like removed.
