- Open the email, and click the "[Acknowledge Order]" link found at the top of the email.
SMS/Text Message
- Open the SMS, and click the link URL to pull up the order.
- Click the "[Acknowledge Order]" link found at the top of the order detail page.
Menufy Console/Tablet
- The tablet will ring and the screen will flash.
- Tap the screen to make it stop ringing and flashing.
- Click the "Acknowledge Order" button on the new order to acknowledge the order.
Menufy Manager website
- Click the “Orders” tab on the left of the Menufy Manager website.
- Find the order in the list of that day’s orders.
- If the order has NOT be acknowledged, an orange "Bell" icon will be shown on the order.
- Tap on the unacknowledged order to view it
- Click the "Acknowledge" button, to acknowledge the order.
Clover POS Users
- Tap any of the green buttons found on the notification popup to acknowledge the order.
- If no popup is present.
- Open the Menufy app on your clover device
- Open the "Orders" page
- Find the order in the list and open it
- Tap the "Acknowledge Order" button near the top
Fax
- Option 1
- An automated phone call will be sent to the restaurant. The restaurant will need to answer the call and enter the PIN number found near the top of the Fax.
- Option 2
- The restaurant can call the Menufy "Order Acknowledgement" hotline at (855) 563-6839. Follow the automated procedure, and enter the PIN. NOTE: The phone call MUST be placed by a number listed in the "Notifications" settings under the location details page for that restaurant. Otherwise the call will not work.
