How to Acknowledge Orders

Email

1. Open the email, and click the "[Acknowledge Order]" link found at the top of the email. 

SMS/Text Message

1. Open the SMS, and click the link URL to pull up the order.
2. Click the "[Acknowledge Order]" link found at the top of the order detail page. 

Menufy Console/Tablet

1. The tablet will ring and the screen will flash. 
2. Tap the screen to make it stop ringing and flashing. 
3. Click the "Acknowledge Order" button on the new order to acknowledge the order.

Menufy Manager website

1. Click the “Orders” tab on the left of the Menufy Manager website.
2. Find the order in the list of that day’s orders.
3. If the order has NOT be acknowledged, an orange "Bell" icon will be shown on the order.
4. Tap on the unacknowledged order to view it
5. Click the "Acknowledge" button, to acknowledge the order.

Clover POS Users

• Tap any of the green buttons found on the notification popup to acknowledge the order.
• If no popup is present.
  1. Open the Menufy app on your clover device
  2. Open the "Orders" page
  3. Find the order in the list and open it
  4. Tap the "Acknowledge Order" button near the top
