Refund or Void Orders

Full Refund

  1. Find the order by either visiting Menufy Manager website or on your Menufy console tablet
  2. There will be a red “VOID” button, clicking on this will fully refund the order.
  3. An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying that the order was voided.

Partial Refund

  1. Find the order by either visiting Menufy Manager website or on your Menufy console tablet
  2. There will be a red “REFUND” button, clicking on this will refund the amount that was typed into the text box.
  3. An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying that the order was partially refunded.

Void Order via Phone Call

  • Call 855-572-8477, at the prompt press 2 to void an order, then follow the instruction to finish the process. NOTE: You must call from the Restaurant's phone number. 

Notes

  • Refunds can take up to 2-3 business days to process. This is something we do not have control over, and can vary depending on the bank the customer uses.
