Full Refund
- Find the order by either visiting Menufy Manager website or on your Menufy console tablet
- There will be a red “VOID” button, clicking on this will fully refund the order.
- An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying that the order was voided.
Partial Refund
- Find the order by either visiting Menufy Manager website or on your Menufy console tablet
- There will be a red “REFUND” button, clicking on this will refund the amount that was typed into the text box.
- An Email will be sent to the Customer, saying that the order was partially refunded.
Void Order via Phone Call
- Call 855-572-8477, at the prompt press 2 to void an order, then follow the instruction to finish the process. NOTE: You must call from the Restaurant's phone number.
Notes
- Refunds can take up to 2-3 business days to process. This is something we do not have control over, and can vary depending on the bank the customer uses.
