Menufy is fully integrated into your Clover, which will include your payment processing. You do not pay any additional CC processing fee from Menufy since we are using your in-house Clover CC processing for your online orders. This also allows your order payments to be directly deposited into your banking like any other in-house orders you are ringing up.
Depending on how you have set up your service fee, you or your customer could be paying for the convenience fee that Menufy charges.
If you are having your customers cover the service fee, it will show up on the customer's ticket as a convenience fee. This will be included in the customer's total that your payment processing will collect.
If you are paying the service fee, your customers will not see any convenience fee on their tab and you will be charged the service fee at the end of the month.
In both scenarios, you will be charged the service per order with your Clover billing statement that you receive monthly. Menufy will show up under "Your App Charges" section as a "Metered" type. You can review your Menufy orders to cross-reference the total charge you receive each month.
