- Make sure the Menufy app has been opened at least once on your Clover console.

- Check wifi connection
- Go to the Menufy App → Settings and make sure the volume is turned up.
- If "Auto-print" is Enabled in Menufy App → Settings, the popup will be disabled.
- Check if all your Clover apps are up-to-date.
- Check your account and make sure you’re logged in.
