When the Menufy Console App is idle for a period of time, the app can lose its sync with our system. Refreshing the app will resync the Menufy Console App with our system so that the app can receive order notifications on time.
To refresh the tablet, please go to the Menufy home screen in the top left corner, tap the refresh button.
