Menufy Instagram Promotion Terms & Conditions (Updated JULY 2020)
**Promotion Terms & Conditions:
Must be 18 years old or older to participate. Participants must reside in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other United States territories). Menufy.com LLC., associates are not permitted to enter. For valid entry participants must complete all steps expressed in the official posts before the contest deadline (7/17/20 3:00 PM CST). Winner will be randomly selected and notified within 7 business days of the contest deadline via Instagram direct message. Upon receiving the direct message from Menufy, the winner will have 24 hours to respond and acknowledge acceptance of the contest prize. One (1) Winner will receive an online ordering store-credit (amount specified within the Instagram post) to any participating Menufy restaurant partner in their geographic area (check menufy.com/?FindMe for participating Menufy restaurant partners). Winner must provide a valid email address to Menufy to issue online store credit. Online store-credit expires one (1) calendar year after issuing and cannot be transferred from the initial email provided by the winner or the Menufy partnered restaurant initially selected by the winner. The online store-credit cannot be applied to the online ordering convenience fee. Online credit can only be redeemed via pre-payment through the selected Menufy partnered restaurant’s Menufy online ordering platform and cannot be redeemed in-store. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook Inc., Instagram, or affiliated parties. By entering this contest, participants agree to a complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any or all liability in connection with this contest.
