In the Menufy Console App, there are two options to log into the correct account. When set up initially and shipped from our Warehouse, the tablet will be logged into your restaurant location using the Location ID + Key. If Location ID and Key is needed then please contact Menufy Support to receive it.
The most common way for Restaurants to log into their tablet is using the Manager Account Credentials option, which is the same credentials used to access the Manager page for the account. Choosing to log in with Manager Account Credentials will give the option to use the email + password or SSO (Single Sign-On) via Google, Clover, Square, or Microsoft. Please use the SSO option if your account was created with the SSO.
To log the Menufy Console App into the account, please do the following
- On the Menufy home screen, tap the refresh button and the login options window will appear
- Select desired login option - “Login with Manager Account” or “Login with Location ID + Key”
