If you are not able to locate the email, please confirm that your restaurant has met the requirements to receive a 1099k. If your restaurant does meet requirements then please review any junk mail/spam folders in case the email service has filtered Menufy’s email.
If you cannot locate the email still then please contact our Menufy Support Team by either emailing us at support@menufy.com or calling/texting (913) 738-9399 and include which email address you have checked for the 1099k.
