Placement for Tablet and/or Receipt Printer:
To ensure the Menufy tablet is operating properly, it is best to keep it AWAY from any of the following:
Direct satellite service (DSS)
External monitors and LCD displays
Tablet Icons Explanation:
- Wi-Fi Icon: Shows current wifi strength, Tap to access the Tablet's Wi-Fi settings.
- Refresh Icon: Tap to Reload/Refresh Todays Orders.
- Manager Icon: Tap for Manager Settings, for viewing reports, setting a Manager Pin and turning off your store for holidays or emergencies. (See example below)
- Settings Icon: Tap to adjust your preference, things like notification sound, volume, receipt printers, and printing preferences.
Acknowledging Orders on the Menufy Tablet
When a new order comes in, you will see it popup on your tablet along with a ringtone and a flashing screen. To acknowledge that you have received the order, please tap on the "Acknowledge Order". Example below:
Viewing Orders on the Tablet
Any order adjustment you need to make must be done within 12 hours from the time of the order was placed. After 12 hours, credit card transaction may be closed and further adjustment might not be available.
Manager Settings Page
In Manager Settings you can view daily order reports, set/remove a Manager Pin which will require a 5 digit Pin to be entered before Voiding, adding Tips, adjusting orders, and adjusting store turn off schedules.
Store Turn Off Schedule Page
Here's where you can shut off your online ordering for a holiday or in case of an emergency. You have 2 options, "Single Day" or "Day/Time Range". Use "Day/Time Rage" if you only need a few hours shutoff, or if you need to be shutoff for a few days. Check the "Turn Off Delivery Only" box if you need to turn off Delivery, but keep Carryout available.
